CloseLeadership and collaboration are crucial to achieving our mission and vision, and we have a range of partnerships that reflect our activity.
We are a bridge between evidence producers and decision makers.
By working in partnership, we are able to:
Our partners range from delivery organisations to evaluation experts.
They help us grow and embed the collective evidence on what works to improve the education, employment and training outcomes of marginalised young people.
We commission external experts including membership organisations, and sector and infrastructure bodies to support delivery organisations. They often facilitate learning as part of a specific project or programme and act as an interface between Youth Futures and delivery organisations in a bidirectional capacity.
We support frontline charities and third-sector organisations delivering youth employment programmes or interventions and build capacity to generate high-quality evidence through evaluation.

We collaborate with and convene organisations in our network on an ongoing basis to advocate for evidence-informed practice.

We support employers, from small businesses to large corporations, to engage with high-qualty evidence in recruitment and retention practices, and to help grow our understanding of what works to supprt young people by taking part in research activity such as trials.

We comission experts and organisations to conduct evaluations, research, analysis, peer reviews, evidence reviews and produce guidance and advice. Together, we are building the evidence base on youth employment.
