Our approach

Through our young Board members, we ensure lived experience is at the centre of our governance, guiding decision-making and providing strategic oversight and direction.

Working together

Our young Directors are appointed on the same terms as their fellow non-executive Directors and hold the same responsibilities. One member also sits on our Grants Committee.
