1625 Independent People (1625IP)

Key information

1625 Independent People support young people aged 16-25 who are at risk of becoming homeless or are already homeless through a range of specialist projects and services.

The grant funds a programme which supports 156 young people aged 16-24 who are care leavers or homeless/at risk of homelessness. The young people receive 1-2-1 support from ‘Coaches’. The frequency and type of support varies but is based on a youth version of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, called DNA-V.
