Bipolar UK is a national charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by bipolar and their families.

In 2025, the charity introduced its first apprenticeship role – a Level 3 Fundraising Apprentice – as part of a pilot initiative to strengthen its workforce and diversify its talent pipeline.

Introducing apprenticeships for the first time can feel like a big step – especially for small organisations – but support is readily available.
