Shireen has worked across policy and partnerships to drive system-level change in youth employment. Her work centres on applying evidence to influence employer behaviour and strengthen pathways from education into work, particularly for marginalised young people in a rapidly digitalising economy.
What they are involved with at Youth Futures?
In her role as Partnerships Manager within our Employer Engagement & Partnerships team, Shireen supports key partnerships with employers. She works to better our understanding of employer needs and to use our evidence to influence employer practices and behaviours.
