Reny has a strong background in behavioural insights and research, with extensive experience in delivering complex mixed-methods evaluations – including large-scale Randomised Controlled Trials and policy-focused research programmes. Reny has led high-value projects focused on improving labour market participation, supporting flexible working, and tackling inequalities, as well as working closely with government departments, public sector organisations, and industry partners.
