This case study forms part of the RAND Europe study looking at infrastructure organisations working towards youth employment. This case study draws on five interviews and a focus group discussion to explore ways in which organisations embed youth voices in their own structures and work and how they promote this amongst others, as well as the challenges and facilitators they encounter in the process. It concludes that there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ way of embedding or championing youth voices as it depends on the needs and capacity of the individual organisations.
