Summary

Our Youth Employment Toolkit is a free online resource that presents summaries of evidence on interventions that are used to improve employment outcomes for young people, with a particular focus on thosewho are at risk of marginalisation in relation to the labour market.

The Toolkit aims to make findings from the best and most relevant research easily accessible for stakeholders, accompanied by an assessment of the strengths and limitations of the available findings.

This technical guide is a comprehensive accompaniment to the tool, providing detailed information about how it was developed, the information it contains, and how it can be used.
