With a commitment to building a better future for the Phoenix Community, the organisation owns and manages over 7500 homes in South Lewisham and has constructed its first new homes.
Providing vital services and support, including a school of social housing known as ‘Phoenix Academy’ offering Chartered Institute of Housing qualifications, Phoenix Community Housing empowers both social housing residents and housing professionals.
Through initiatives like the Financial Wellbeing team assisting residents in accessing unclaimed benefits and grants, the organisation embodies a dedication to supporting the lives and well-being of its community members.
