About

IPS Grow is a national programme that supports the implementation and scale up of Individual Placement and Support services across England, helping people with health conditions find and sustain good work. It provides implementation support, training and quality assurance to help ensure IPS is delivered effectively, as well as facilitating “communities of practice” where IPS providers can share learnings and best practice.
