The organisation runs a successful BackYourFuture program through the charity Circle Community, and also operates three streetwear stores that serve as training grounds for young individuals.
Circle Collective’s vision is to provide unemployed youth in deprived areas with the opportunity to secure sustainable work, offering specialised programmes aimed at building confidence, self-esteem, and essential skills for long-term employment.
With a remarkable track record of placing over 1000 young people into permanent work and generating substantial social value from its initiatives, Circle Collective is making a significant impact in youth unemployment.
