“Further to our announcement that Barry Fletcher has joined Youth Futures as our permanent CEO, I can confirm that Patricia Chale, Interim CEO, has now left the organisation.
“2022 was an important year for Youth Futures, as the foundation stones were laid for the next stage of our journey. Alongside my appointment, we have recruited our new CEO, secured further funding and strengthened our national presence through the growth of our Leeds, Birmingham and London offices.
“During her tenure as our interim CEO, Patricia played an important role in helping us prepare for the future, while continuing to ensure we delivered on our objectives of supporting marginalised young people into employment.
“On behalf of Youth Futures I wish her well for the future and thank Patricia for her efforts and dedication.”
