Youth Futures Foundation is committed to putting evidence into action with policymakers and employers who have the means to make direct impactful change for young people. As part of this commitment, we have recently launched our new programme, Evidence into Action.

Evidence into Action will face this challenge head on by translating the evidence for delivering effective and impactful Vocational Support into practical guidance, that stakeholders can use and understand.

We are in the process of selecting the delivery partners for this programme and have already commissioned Action for Race Equality as the strategic partner to support the organisations throughout the project.

We are now seeking to commission a Practice Development and Implementation Partner. This partner will work with the grantee organisations, supporting them to understand:

  • The evidence around delivering Vocational Support
  • What evidence-based Vocational Training support looks like
  • How they can implement it in their organisations
  • Help to record learnings into a practical guidance that similar organisations can use in future.

We welcome proposals either  from a team at a single organisation or  from two or more organisations working in partnership.
