CloseHarriet McCann, Director of Engagement (interim), comments:
“We are so pleased to be taking part in the first-ever Anthropy event. It’s important that we, as a nation, work in partnership when looking forward to the future and work together to create positive change. We look forward to speaking to thought-leaders, employers and policymakers about how we can collectively work together to make a real difference for marginalised young people in our communities.”
Youth Futures Board Director Dame Julia Cleverdon, young Board Director George Greaves, Head of Research Anna Round and Policy & Public Affairs Officer Angel Fletcher will all be panelists across the three days, where they will discuss topics such as regeneration, tackling poverty, place partnerships and collaboration amongst sectors.
Anthropy founder, John O’Brien MBE, describes the event as a ‘launchpad for change’ that will offer an opportunity for an ecosystem of leaders from all sectors to share thinking in order to create ambitious and progressive solutions to the challenges facing the nation.
John O’Brien MBE, comments:
“Anthropy arose out of a recognition of the challenges that the pandemic presented both economically and socially, and the need to move past our traditional fault lines and silos to embrace inclusive longer-term thinking to create a new vision for Britain.
