We are looking for a dynamic Team Coordinator to provide administrative and business support to the Programmes and Grants Directorate.

The successful candidate will:

  • Understand the needs of the teams, the context in which they operate, and focus on problem and working with others to meet objectives.
  • Help the teams to work effectively, co-ordinate team activities, maintain relationships, alongside supporting operational excellence
  • Work flexibly as needs evolve to support teams, and occasionally, support cross-Directorate colleagues.
  • Use digital ways of working, technology and platforms to achieve goals.

This role is based at our Birmingham hub. We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.
