Making Change
We work collaboratively with people who have the means to make direct, impactful change for young people. We do this by informing, supporting and influencing decision makers to back evidence-based interventions that work, and by consulting with young people themselves.
Youth participation
Following the principle of “nothing about us without us”, youth voice is woven throughout every element of our work. Young people from marginalised backgrounds with lived experience of unemployment help shape our strategy and lead all our work.
Policy hub
By finding, generating and sharing high-quality evidence, we support policymakers to maximise the impact of investments and decisions made at the national, regional and local level, creating real change.
Youth Employment Group
By mobilising a cross-sector response to youth unemployment, we aim to generate systemic change by making evidence-based recommendations to policy makers on how best to address the escalating youth employment crisis.
