The Youth Futures Foundation is keen to understand, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of all services that provide employment support for young people. With the recent introduction of plans for creating Youth Hubs, we are keen to support DWP, employability professionals, local authorities and all the organisations involved to ensure the programme is a success. This paper provides a high-level summary of the evidence on co-located employment services and identifies critical elements to consider in establishing Youth Hubs to ensure young people receive the best possible support to move into meaningful work.
