Identifying what works

Everything we do is guided by robust evidence of what works to support young people from marginalised backgrounds into good jobs. We learn from the projects we fund and scale up that learning to drive genuine, long-lasting systemic change.

Investing in potential

Youth Futures Foundation’s grants programme is a key part of our strategy to improve labour market outcomes for the most disadvantaged and discriminated against young people in England.

Igniting change

We work to ignite behaviour and practice by collaborating with partners, building coalitions and influencing policy; we aim to generate systemic change.
