The Research Manager works in a dedicated Impact and Evidence team at the heart of Youth Futures. You will be crucial to our ambition to commission, curate, and share high-quality evidence on what works to support marginalised young people into good jobs. You will support the Head of Research and Impact, the Director of Impact and Evidence and other members of the team to develop a high-quality evidence base for policymakers, practitioners and employers. You will design, commission, and manage research projects; work with colleagues across Youth Futures to share research findings; and build effective relationships to increase the quality and impact of our research.
