Why did you join the Inspiring Futures Youth Reference Group?
I initially joined the Future Youths Reference Group in hopes to gain an insight on what issues currently exist surrounding youth employment and to understand what is being done to better the situation of those affected.
What has been your highlight of being on the YRG so far?
Meeting everyone else in the group and hearing their perspectives based on personal experiences and opinions has definitely been the highlight of this opportunity! I thoroughly enjoy the group discussions. This is because I leave each of our sessions with a new outlook and in turn this role has had a positive impact on the way I engage with the material within my degree.
